The Emerge Committee runs bi-monthly networking events, as well as a mentorship program, where all Chamber members are welcome. Future members are encouraged to join Emerge events to make connections and experience what membership means.

Connector Events
Emerge’s monthly mixers help fill out the Chamber’s calendar with intimate, interactive networking events. There is no cost to attend. Our connectors make a great intro to the Chamber or will help you deepen your involvement.
Networking lets you tell your story, expand your reach, and learn about other operators in our region. Chamber members can sponsor a connector at their own brick-and-mortar location or partner up with another member, including the Chamber offices, as a venue co-sponsor. Mentorship
The Emerge mentorship program pairs emerging or mid-career professionals with people who have gained expertise in their field; discovered solutions to their business problems; and are ready to share their knowledge.
The Emerge mentorship program is designed to connect mentors and mentees in meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships that foster professional growth, knowledge sharing, and personal development. The program includes an initial networking event to establish connections, as well as regular one-on-one meetings guided by each mentor-mentee pair’s preferences and goals. Pairs meet throughout the year on a schedule that works for them and the whole cohort gathers for informative events each season. In 2025, the Mentorship Program was 22-participants strong.

Community Engagement
Our community engagement team builds bridges between Chamber members and the community initiatives that fit with their values. Local businesses amplify the impact of our charities and non-profits that uplift those in need.
We promote humanitarian and environmental work in the community by sharing success stories as well as posting volunteer opportunities on social media and the Chamber’s Job Board.
