Our aim is to promote the professional and personal advancement of Victoria’s future leaders and foster new insights for both mentees and mentors.

Participation in this program provides established professionals the chance to share their life lessons and to see their industry through a fresh set of eyes. For emerging professionals this program offers a unique opportunity for personal growth and guidance from someone who has been in their shoes.

Our program is very flexible, together mentor matches develop the details of how often they meet and what the goals of the relationship are.
