The filling can be made with a wide variety of products such as butter cream, curd, jam or cream cheese and can be sweet or savory. For those looking for something extra, Macaron cakes are available in varying sizes and flavours. Macarons are Gluten-Free and can also be made Dairy-Free allowing for more people to enjoy this little treat.
